Best pay your going to find in the industry for regional/otr driving. Dispatch, management everything is really good. Best place I've ever worked. They care about safety, they care about you as a person, big company but management was honestly really good and helpful.

None really. It's regional so you will be out driving across western US so be ready in case that's not your cup of tea. Winter driving through those states can be challenging but that's not the jobs fault, thats what you sign up for as a truck driver.
