They are slowly hiring good people...who tend to quit (see list of cons). No problems here if you are a man.
Cons
Very little female management HR is awful - only in it for themselves, no employee support No professional development Salaries are ridiculously low Company is made up of various acquired companies, meaning lots of idiots left over from former smaller companies Too many VPs, too many managers from acquired companies who feel entitled Communication is a joke - your customers will know things about the company before you do Good people are quitting or accepting other jobs due to low salary offers
