I can't think of any, other than the fact that your friends who don't know anything about the inner workings of this place, will think that you work at a reputable employer. So maybe, some bragging rights?

Cons

Toxic culture, extremely political, constant changes in management, high turnover, no training, unrealistic expectations from staff, no systems in place. They don't know their numbers, it's a nightmare. Do not join if you care for your own mental well-being.
