Pros

When I started with the company it was great. Great people to work with in the office, lots of incentives. Then issues started happening with the management. And everything went downhill from there.

Cons

MANAGEMENT! High turnover of employees, dealing with the Director, certain employees don't do their work and get away with it. Others make it a habit to put the work on other employees to get the work done.
