Nice corporate office building and location in Las Colinas. Earning potential very lucrative for field sales. VP/National Sales Manager and Regional Sales Managers are great to work with/for.

Poor communication throughout company. No room for career growth. Behind the times, lacking any form of real forward, progressive thinking/planning/strategy. Too many 20+ year employees who believe the original way is the best and only way, ultimately preventing growth. President is an elitist and narcissist. HR Manager is terrible to deal with.
