Pros
GAF owns Siplast and provides a good amount of funding for things needed at the facilities. The employees are all friendly and the plant has good leadership and good vision.
Cons
Management changes have made it a little difficult. The company is in the middle of restructuring and this cases some moral issue among employees. Once this is completed, I believe many problems will dissolve.
