Pros
* Grubhub credit on Wednesdays * Fully remote * Fairly flexible with hours day to day * Unlimited PTO * Most people you work with are great, but they are all suffering due to the actions of one higher up person
Cons
* Lost a huge number of people in product & engineering due to the micromanaging and abrasiveness of the director of engineering + I expect this trend to continue * There seems to be no plan to stop this person from micromanaging and being abrasive to everyone, so more people will continue to leave * Not backfilling engineering roles - instead they're contracting out roles to India and I expect this trend to continue, doesn't seem that they care about their full time engineering employees anymore * Constant prioritization and deprioritization of initiatives, doesn't seem like the higher ups know what they're doing and then the onus of this lack of/poor direction falls on PMs/engineers instead of the people making these decisions
