The workload is unrealistic and leads to burn out. You do the work and operations of an entire department without proper compensation. Compensation is subpar with skill level and location. Pay raises are low and do not coincide with inflation. Frequent long winded AI generated demeaning emails are a daily occurrence from the leadership team who are out of touch with the company's core values. The level of nepotism that occurs within this company is blatantly obvious.
