Pros

Pay is good, no micromanagement, independence, growing company

Cons

I was raving about this company at first because they offer three weeks vacation and now there’s an opportunity to get four weeks vacation. I figured they probably have paid maternity leave because you know it’s 2025 and even McDonald’s and Walmart have paid maternity leave… but now I figured out that they don’t offer any. They offer short term disability for 4 weeks that’s IT. To me that’s just sad and completely insane considering abortion is banned in this state and now we don’t even have a choice. Now people are going to be forced to go broke just to bond with their infant.. you can’t even use that much PTO because you only accrue four hours every paycheck. That’s not enough for me to accrue even a couple weeks in 9 months. I’m also disappointed because I feel like they keep putting more and more on the Therapist shoulders as if we can do the work of an entire team by ourselves.
