SkuVault Response
7yAll SkuVault employees have the opportunity to give feedback and suggestions to their Director, HR representative, and to the CEO and COO, both directly and anonymously. We take all feedback seriously and try to resolve issues for every employee and for the company as a whole. This is the first time we have heard of such concerns and we are sorry that this employee decided to air them here after his (involuntary) severance from the company instead of working through our internal process.
We have always worked diligently to provide an awesome, positive work environment that is centered around consistent feedback from Managers. We work very hard to be transparent about our company - from our work environment, to our company financial goals, to individual expectations. We work hard to provide consistent coaching and documented communication to our employees regarding their performance. Our expectations of what constitutes success are centered greatly around our Core Values. In this particular case, the employee was not able to promote synergy of skills among his team to drive success and it was decided upon to let the employee go to pursue other options.
Success at SkuVault requires a high-level of professional maturity, the ability to work in an agile environment where change is the only constant and a strong sense of entrepreneurship. Those who want to be true leaders and believe in constant improvement strive here. Those that simply want a job and want to walk out at the end of the day punching a time clock, do not.
