With my position, you're constantly building relationships with a wide variety of clients. It's incredible to watch their growth as companies, and knowing you assisted with their growing success. The system itself is great, and it's constantly improving to meet the needs of various business types. From sales and services, to marketing and development, we all truly do work together with open communication to better the client experience. My manager, director and overall team truly does care and that's what sets SkuVault apart from other like-businesses. Not to mention, there's always opportunity to move to other departments that better fit you as a person.
Cons
Since our client base is consistently growing, it can sometimes be stressful when shorthanded. At the end of the day, it still feels great knowing I've been pushed out of my comfort zone. I think ultimately it allows me to grow as an employee. If you aren't open to matching your work performance with the fast paced growth, you probably wouldn't be a good fit.
