Pros

None. No growth and developement and the worst salaries for all the long hours that you give in.

Cons

-Poor Management (Football coaches have more say that people who understand the business) -Hard working employees are thrown away and people who rarely have an impact get promoted. -Lot of politics in here.

People are great, very knowledgable and willing to help get the job done. The customer experience team has really transformed how we work with customers which has been really great to see.

Cons

Some employees are remote but there is no rhyme or reason why. Sales leadership leads through fear and anger which makes for a toxic department and really unhappy employees on the front line. No onboarding at all, you show up on your first day and are just expected to know it all, especially if you are working in an office that isn't in Waterloo.
