Pros

Easy job with no stress

Cons

- Not actually an analyst, More accurate title would be data entry. The job market will correctly identify this for those who seek new opportunities in data and analytics. Prepare to up skill in your own time - Too many managers that lack actual purpose and need. - Disillusioned processes. Daily meetings and agile sprint are for rapid developments and projects not data entry. - No tech stack, basic off the shelf software with no transferable industry skills.

Thank you for sharing your perspective. While we’re pleased that you experienced a manageable workload, it’s clear we missed the mark regarding your professional development and the technical depth of the role. Within the Data Analyst role, there is an element of data entry required to maintain our records, however, the vast majority of this role involves rigorous data analysis. Because we manage flight safety critical data, the integrity of our database is paramount. It is vital that this information is not simply entered, but carefully analysed and validated to ensure the highest safety standards. We understand that this level of meticulousness can feel repetitive, but it is a cornerstone of our commitment to aviation safety.

Pros

People are great, very knowledgable and willing to help get the job done. The customer experience team has really transformed how we work with customers which has been really great to see.

Cons

Some employees are remote but there is no rhyme or reason why. Sales leadership leads through fear and anger which makes for a toxic department and really unhappy employees on the front line. No onboarding at all, you show up on your first day and are just expected to know it all, especially if you are working in an office that isn't in Waterloo.
