Super outdated tech (C++98) 100% legacy support No clear direction for the product No feedback loop from customers, driven solely by complaints.

People are great, very knowledgable and willing to help get the job done. The customer experience team has really transformed how we work with customers which has been really great to see.

Cons

Some employees are remote but there is no rhyme or reason why. Sales leadership leads through fear and anger which makes for a toxic department and really unhappy employees on the front line. No onboarding at all, you show up on your first day and are just expected to know it all, especially if you are working in an office that isn't in Waterloo.
