Pros

Good atmosphere, good hours, reasonable salary, good benefits. Interesting software which is fun to work on, good variety of technologies, good management within development.

Cons

Communication between departments and product planning is not always great. Planning of work and product functionality decisions could sometimes use improvements.

People are great, very knowledgable and willing to help get the job done. The customer experience team has really transformed how we work with customers which has been really great to see.

Cons

Some employees are remote but there is no rhyme or reason why. Sales leadership leads through fear and anger which makes for a toxic department and really unhappy employees on the front line. No onboarding at all, you show up on your first day and are just expected to know it all, especially if you are working in an office that isn't in Waterloo.
