Pros

Great teams, good management, challenging work environment makes SmartIMS a great place to work. Each of us here get to work on niche technologies and learn multiple skills. This company takes care of their employees well and provide them with good career growth opportunities. If you are capable enough you can even grow from a fresher to a senior manager level. There are lot of new initiatives being taken from the last couple of months and the management is seriously investing time in employee benefits.

Cons

Need to have better resource planning across teams so that the work pressure is balanced.
