Cons
No allowance will be provided for night shifts while working from home; employees must be in the office to receive it. This policy is illogical, as night shifts, whether from home or office, equally affect health. Additionally, the leave policy and notice period need to be revised. Forcing employees to serve a 3-month notice period, especially when the client has no issues or requirements, is unreasonable.
