Compensation is well BELOW national standards. No raises or promotions as company promised from day one.

In fact, one of the most stable compensation increases have been given during last few years, and employees are happy too (yes, this is one subject where 100% happiness can not be expected) We believe any commitment in writing is 100% kept up, and our processes are streamlined to the best possible extent today. Regret inconvenience.
