      Good exposure to the new technologies in the market.

      Cons

      No Process at all every thing is a CEO decision ( babysitting every employee ). Wrong people management skills ( Dealt at a personal Level ).Gender and Culture Biased. No Kudos or perks or any additional benefits at all.Struggling to get Projects and Sales. All the above feedback is only given by Higher management.
