Very recently this incident happed once of the directory request for recommendation on his LinkedIn which was ignored by me and he made me to go out of company by saying HR team that escalation was received from client but ignored to show the mail very bad manager are they in company Thus the company is not growing and most of the org are not even aware that smartims company is there Director forces employee to bring food and ask team member to send bill to accounts team stay the he would approve this is very cheap mentally of Director and most of the manager will not follow process and ask the team member to follow in team few team Director treat spl after lot of escalation shared by client he does even brother about the person and just comment on other team escalation. Manager create sceen that exit employees call other team and scold about the manager this worst thing happening in company that the thing most of the employees are moving out
