everything is bad. no proper account management and handling projects and resources. every one blames the other for someones accountability..appraisals.. and if they don't see a need..instead of creating a job..they fire people. BD is useless they never travel to client side and never get clients. Manageement has no budget for anything. Its a ceo's company not employees. no one feels the sense of ownership. everyone who works either are waiting to leave or they know they are useless and better to stick here.
