I’m proud to share that I’ve successfully completed my probation period and have been confirmed as a permanent Sr. Executive Graphic Designer in the Marketing Department at Smart IMS. Over the past three months, I’ve had an excellent experience working alongside a talented and supportive team. My managers and colleagues in the Marketing Department have been instrumental in helping me adapt to the company’s workflow and creative standards. Their constant encouragement, guidance, and open communication have made a big difference in my learning and confidence.
