Pros
Good hours, friendly co workers, everyone works to teach you how things are done, they take they're time training you, good benefits (after a certain time with the company), scholarship opportunities (have to be with the company for at least a year), and lots of advancement opportunities.
Cons
You're the only person on the floor at times, you get at least two more tasks before you can even finish one, they expect too much from one person. Everyone in the store is your boss, including customers and co workers. You're known as a "slave".
