Pros
They have employee discounts and will match 401k which is nice Employees, I worked at 6 different stores and there was always someone with an interesting personality.
Cons
Incompetance galore, broken equipment stupid corporate policies that create more work for an already understaffed and over burdened workforce. I can go on but if you want to work somewhere that has a "us and them" mentality when it comes to managers/corporate and regular employees Smart and Final is your place.
