Pros
Its a job, decent benefits, pay rate is just ok. However, work/life balance is possible, they are usually very accepting of time off.
Cons
A lot of favoritism in management, and not a lot of communication between the regular workers and management. Work hours are very inconsistent so you never know if you're going to have enough to pay bills every paycheck.
