Cashier - Sales Associate/Cashier Smart & Final Employee Review

Need more clerks in day and night, need more cashiers. Store is always dirty. Some of the co-workers are not nice and they always spent time in their phone than doing work. The ice-cream's are always soft instead of hard. There is a cashier who is really slow and a lot of customers are complaining about her. There are a lot of pallets that are outside and no one puts them inside which its not healthy at all. There is a clerk who doesn't care at all about the store, she is always rude and doesn't do very well at her job. I had this experience when I told her my opinion on something and she just told the I'm not the manager and she scoffed which is very rude.
