Pros
-The managers were very understanding of their employees -When good work was done you were praised, which is key to success in a company -The hiring and training process was very simple and detailed -Working as a team was a very big deal, so if you can't do that you might as well quit -The work was quick paced and days went by really fast -If you treated your customers right they treated you with loads of respect and appreciation
Cons
-It took a while for specific people to get moved up to a higher position (there was a lot of favoritism) -Key carriers thought they were the hottest thing around town, in other words they were very cocky -The service clerks were taken advantage of, too much work was on their hands while other people had simple tasks
