Business Outlook
Pros
They pay for school if you pursue a degree in business. The coworkers you build relationships with make the work day so much better. If you are full time the insurance is great and very worth it.
Cons
Pay rate could be better to compete with other grocery stores and to make up for store being understaffed. A lot of times in the store, there are a handful of employees who are willing to work six days a week or stay to make sure the store is running smoothly. It doesn't seem fair when you are getting paid the same as other employees who do the bare minimum.
