Cons
The cons of this job are you get paid very low pay minimum wage and the only way to ever get raises is to advance to management. The digital coupons are confusing to customers and lead to many problems of customers not understanding why they can't get certain deals. Some managers are good, but others don't know how to be a leader and how to talk to their workers and will try to yell at you repeatedly to get things done instead of asking respectfully which would be more effective. Some managers will talk down to workers instead of talking to workers and trying to work with them to help them improve and do as best as they can. Schedule can be bad too. Can sometimes get scheduled clopenings which is where you close and then next day have to open which is a horrible practice in workplaces that should be not allowed.
