Not transparent on health benefits! - Cake Decorator Smart & Final Employee Review

I kept inquiring about my Health benefits for my family, my main reason to apply in the first place. I finally found out, the benefits would not start for one year. Also, the benefits would only cover my son and I and not my husband. The did say if I wanted to open the store very early mornings, they would see what they could do about getting my health benefits started earlier. Meddled to say, I only stayed on about 2 months.
