Even though you are part-time, you're expected to have a completely open schedule, if you don't you receive fewer hours. Hours are all over the place and can range from 15-30. Schedules are never consistent, and your time of day working will be thrown all over the place, despite your "specific" role. Your role expands your base role, you will be expected to do everything around the store.
