Pros
Pay is decent, bonus is good if you can achieve your targets. Consistent days off.
Cons
Long hours. Micro managed by upper management. New owners removed all of the perks that the company once offered( annual vegas trips, spotlight program, Sunday premium pay, awards banquets). A lot of your daily plans get derailed by things beyond your control.
