I am happy that you had good experiences around people who were knowledgeable and could assist you when you needed a solution; however, I must say your assessment of the management team is counter to my personal experience and the experience of the majority of others who have joined SmarTek21 since 2008. In the past we have had employees who were either unethical or were just not the best cultural fit for our company; therefore they were asked to leave and sadly it does feel a bit disorganized as with any company that has lost key team member but we invite fair and honest reviews which drives us as a company to make forward positive changes. One of those changes is additional resources around a tighter process to help better vet potential employees that meet our company culture and core values.
