I am sorry that your working experience was not a positive one, but the feedback you provided is obviously driven by anger and desire to harm the Company. It is neither fair or accurate. We have many loyal, happy employees with integrity and a great work ethic who have enjoyed working for SmarTek21 for many years. Your accusations contradict everything I have observed throughout years of working with our HR, Legal , and executive teams. Like all competent tech companies, the Company responds when employees engage in misconduct or if they fail because of lack of the necessary motivation or skillset to get the job done they were hired to do. For example, we unfortunately recently addressed a situation where an employees recruited certain employees to work (while employed) on competitive, non-company, for profit, projects using our company resources. That type of behavior is unacceptable and unloyal. We invite fair and honest reviews and criticism is welcome. That helps drives us as a company to make forward positive changes. But when reviews are false and so obviously intended to mislead and reduce SmarTek21’s hiring pool, the Company will respond to set the record straight. That is the case here. Your accusations of wrongful termination, fear-based culture, unsatisfied clients and poor quality of work are false allegations. Anger may cause but it never justifies untrue negative smear reviews or untruthful attacks on our executive team.
