Pros

Good people of course! Knowledgeable, helpful and focused on customers first. An evolving management seeking to engage the broader organization more and communicate activities. Management looking to drive the company forward and develop capabilities which generates opportunities for employees.

Cons

Always room for more communication and recognition.

Great review... thank you for taking the time to let us know! I agree there is always more room for communication and recognition. We recognize several employees/consultants at our quarterly events but it is always nice to get more when deserved. It is not overly structured, which may not suit someone who likes cannot work outside the box.
