Pros
Even though we’ve been around since 2006, the company is still experiencing massive growth. If you like being challenged professionally and want to work in an environment where you can make your mark, this is where you want to be.
Cons
Salary isn’t as competitive within the industry. The benefits make up for this to an extent, but I would like to see management make salary increases across the board.
