Pros
Definitely a company to work for if your focus is on professional development, building up your resume, taking on new responsibility, and still maintaining a somewhat healthy work/life balance. For how much you can grow at this company, you’d think you’d be working day and night. But management has a good hold on things and knows how to push employees to give more than you’re used to during regular work hours.
Cons
The benefits aren’t that great. We were hoping to see improvements this year, but with everything that happened in the world, it’s looking like it’ll be closer to 2021.
