Pros

A wonderful people to work with. CEO is always reachable and he is there for employee benefits. Last week had an All hands meeting with our CEO which was inspiring. With a brilliant vision and speechless thoughts was just amazing. I am lucky that i ended in a people first company like SmarTek. 2015 will be a year of growth and new initiatives such as giving back to society via the CSR programs. Nice working culture, Good salary hike and performance appraisal.

Good pay, excellent benefits for FTEs.

Cons

It is not overly structured, which may not suit someone who likes cannot work outside the box.
