2yOne would think as a 'current' employee with more than 5+ years of working experience with SmarTek21, there would be more than well-wish bouquets and birthday coupons that would keep one motivated to continue to work in such an environment that is described above.
Glassdoor does not take down original reviews by employees, in fact, their community bylaws encourage the expression of opinion of any employee whether it is based on truth, lies, and/or a lack of moral ept. It is disappointing that after such a long time of employment with SmarTek21, there would be such a disrespect for the founder of the very company that has employed one for 5 or more years. We welcome constructive feedback to help us provide better training for various management departments, but we do not support hate speech and racist undertones towards any employee or manager of our great company. SmarTek21 finds this type of attack on an entire family irresponsible, malicious, and volatile. Such a disgruntled attack with outburst of anger towards the founding family and any employees is a concern and needs to be investigated for the safety of our employees within the walls of SmarTek21.
From a 'non-family member' employee who has worked for SmarTek21 for 15+ years, the family who owns this company gives back to their community, they take care of the orphans and widows and has employed hundreds around the world. There is a tremendous amount of sadness around the mentioned experiences you have endured and the opinions in which you have gathered in the last 5+ years, and we can only sincerely hope that you find an environment that will bring you peace and success in the near future.
