1.Internal Politics , Selfish Management who will promote or fire or give you out of your pay perks not based on merit but because they are the owners and you are on their side 2.No Work life balance any body can call u at anytme timezone no matter 3.You will need to work for more than 15 hours every day. 4.No Hike will be provided even if your team player but you ill be fired if you aks 5.Even your sick ask to work on late nights. 6.Poor Management. Its just one large version of squid game where everyone wants to shoot each other. Only in this game you don't actually have to shoot each other but they still do it and no one even knows why. Very poor senior management and poor decision making skills. There is no business plan which leads to pressurizing employees to stretch at any extent to finish job as and when a job or an opportunity comes. People join and leave the company in less than a month or two. Company doesn’t even cares about it but simply does a replacement. One of the worst companies I have ever worked with. Highly NOT recommended.
