-Recruiting team is very inexperienced , once you are on bench they take least efforts/no efforts to put you back on a project , -Immigration Attorney/Paralegal is not responsive , responds in a very arrogant mannaer -Most of the Clients are dissatisfied with the Administration -Admistration tries to keep you in control

I am delighted that you were satified with our salary and benefits packages but concerned that you didn't have a positive experience with our recruiting department. Our recruiting team is made up of senior members and it has been my experience to witness that they have immense success recognizing the needs of the company in identifying the right skill sets of consultants; however, when consultants roll off an ending project, it is not always a guarantee that there will be another project or position to be slotted into; especially in a newer office such as California. We will review the process with our team to ensure we are not sending any false expectation for our 'bench' consultants. We also have an experienced immigration attorney that has sat onsite at SmarTek21 for several years and works very hard to be sure we are in compliance by law with all work/immigration practices and in no way take part in any discrimination of people, race, or origin.
