I was lured into joining this company last year as the recruiter told me that I will be working on cutting edge technology. As of today I have been on bench for a few months. The management blamed me for being on bench and forced me to switch technologies multiple times. I was asked to accept it or be prepared to leave the company. My performance ratings went down and my career graph dipped supposedly because I was on "bench". Is it the employee's fault if the company cannot retain copy existing business or get new business? The company has been telling for long that they are expecting more projects but nothing has happened till now. Training programs have stopped. Majority of the clients have dumped this company. Every other day there is at least one employee exit.
