Pros
Management is really doing a good job trying to improve company culture and introducing better training for safety, quality, and environmental. The benefits you get with this company are unparalleled for the area. Most people are very friendly, and you can learn many different skills here. They try to grow their employees as much as they can, and they listen.
Cons
Some of the culture is still less than ideal from the old days of "production over safety" and there is still the "us vs. them" attitude many union folks have about management, but it's getting better and slowly changing with new management and the younger generation stepping in.
