Pros
This place is great, honestly. Its a super chill work environment all the time. Casual dress code, they offer awesome benefits, they encourage you to be healthy and offer everything needed to achieve your health goals. No micro managing from managers. They just want you to come to work, do your job, be positive and that's it. Pay is okay, depending on what you do. Only traders get the endless cap commission.
Cons
Management/ owners favor the traders over anyone else. They are the ones that get the raises and benefits. Other teams are pushed to the back burner and not acknowledged even though they work just as hard if not harder than sales. A lot of gossip goes around. Traders who have been here awhile/ trading managers really like to seem like they are better than everyone else and unfortunately that is the attitude they encourage them to have.
