Pros
Compensation is at or near top of market for many roles. Coworkers are generally nice and helpful.
Cons
Company is run terribly. Seems like it never "grew up" and matured from an earlier era. The CEO is a 2010s "tech bro" who doesn't live in 2020s reality. No coherent strategy. Very chaotic operationally. Culture is cutthroat (depending on team) and general "vibes" are just plain bad. Employees have no trust in company leadership, and leadership doesn't seem to trust its employees either. Feels like everyone is always trying to leave and find something better at a different company - high turnover. Also, career growth opportunities are limited.
