Pros
Nice location and good benefits & perks(on the paper). from the policies, I feel leadership team do care a lot about employees.
Cons
- the "office buildings" are all beach houses: completely unprofessional. looks great on the paper but working in a beach house is not a good experience. - what's written on the paper is not what's actually being executed. - leadership team changes mind way too often. company culture is bad: I feel I'm living in a lie all the time. management say one thing while meaning completely the opposite. no transparency at all. I think 95+% are committed to the company ONLY because of the RSU equity, and everyone I've talked to have admitted the company culture is speed & lies.
