But they are weighed down by ineffective leadership who foster an awful corporate culture that lacks transparency, accountability, and professional respect. -Executives aren’t transparent or accountable. Period. Leaders don’t own their mistakes or apologize for tough/bad decisions. -Employees are treated like commodities and many managers act like petulant tyrants (following Evan’s example).
