Pros
A Joke - There are zero. They lie to you and do not divulge important information about the position.
Cons
Not only the Job Ad is misleading but the interviewing process was a total fraud. They never once gave the real details of the position. First the Ad: Why Youll Love It Here Generous paid time off Competitive medical, dental & vision coverage 401K with company match Company-paid life insurance + supplemental options Company-paid short-term disability Long term disability and legal coverage Pet insurance, free snacks, and fun events A value-based culture where growth opportunities are endless None of the above is true for this position. You are a contractor for a measily $40k and you'll have to use your own car and pay for most or all of your gas, no benefits, no 401k, no nothing, no mileage or wear and tear. Prepare to destroy your car and pay for every repair and parts. Then: They will tell you its for a single city metro area. Wrongggggggggg! Most of your clients are 200+ miles from your city, while mostly spread throughout the whole state. Going from 1 client to next is basically 50 to 100 miles apart. So when they say you'll be in your car all day they mean all day / all night. Even the training manager said the role is grossly underpaid. Do yourself a favor and don't be a slave to their wealth. Run faster than you ever had before!
