My coworkers were incredibly supportive and great to work with, but I unfortunately cannot say the same for leadership or management.
Cons
- Employees are treated as tools instead of valued members of the team
- Leadership creates unrealistic expectations and unreasonable demands
- Employee well- being is ignored while workload continue to increase
- Compensation does not reflect the heavy workload employees are expected to handle
- Employees are left feeling overworked, underpaid, and undervalued
