Pros

Work from home, advancement opportunities, a few supervisors are great and try to help

Cons

Terrible training, old outdated curriculum, some information as old as 10 years and expected to remember which information is old and which information is up to date while learning one of the most complex government programs in the country, pay not that great, unclear directions, lots of criticism and no encouragement to balance it out, no warning when you get let go during probationary period, lack of passion, baseless distrust of employees

Pros

flexibility, teleworking, pay, and holidays off cool work environment.

Cons

Everything's on a quota, heavy workload, dealing with irritated claimants—it's not really a legal job.
